Returns & Exchanges
All items sold are not refundable.
If you are not satisfied with your order (defective products, wrong items, damaged during shipment, etc), kindly email us at email@example.com if you wish to conduct any return & exchanges.
- Exchange will only be approved upon inspection and permission.
- All Normal Price Items returns request will only be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Kindly return all damaged/defective items together with the original packing, original tags & invoices.
- All Promotional/ Discounted items & items sold during SALE events are not eligible for return & exchanges.
- All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with all originals tags & original packaging if applicable.
- Kindly ensure all return packages are sent with traceable and insured services, HYPE Clothing Co. will not take any responsibility on any damaged or lost items during the transit.
We will exchange items that has returned to us within 7 days from received date and subjected to availability of the stocks.
