3. The contest will run from August 4th, 2022 to September 30th, 2022.
4. The winners will be chosen and will be judged by selected creative panels based on the following criteria:
- Creativity
- Theme
- Technique
- Originality
5. Winners will be announced on HYPE social media on October 6th, 2022.

Terms and Conditions for All Participants
Planet Group (M) Sdn. Bhd (718718-w) and business office at 5, Jalan Kencana Emas 2/3, Kawasan Perindustrian Tebrau iii, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor (“HYPE”) is the organiser of this HYPE Creativity Breeds Unity 3.0 Graphic Contest.
Entry Requirements
1. The HYPE Creativity Breeds Unity 3.0 Graphic Contest will be open online in Malaysia starting August 4th 2022 at 00:01am to September 30th 2022 at 11:59pm (GMT +8). This contest is open to all Malaysians. Planet Group (M) Sdn. Bhd employees and their immediate families are excluded from this contest.
2. No purchase or any fee payment is required to participate in the contest.
3. Participants are allowed to submit as many entries as they wish. Late or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
How to participate
4. HYPE invites all participants to join the contest by submitting their design online with
- Publish finished design on your own Instagram Feed
- Set your Instagram profile as public
- Tag @hype_my on the image
- Tag @hype_my and Hashtag #HYPEGraphicContest in the caption
5. All participants must be published on their Instagram Feed by 11:59pm (GMT +8) on 30th September.
6. To celebrate the 3rd year of HYPE Creativity Breeds Unity Graphic Contest, HYPE partnered local artist- Janggut Bear to add their own creatives to the designs as main visual of this contest. Total 23 winners will be selected at the end of this contest.
7. Criteria for selecting the winners are based on creativity, theme, technique, and originality.
General Terms & Conditions
8. The artwork can be created with any method/object, for example, hand-drawing, computer software
9. Upon submissions, participants acknowledge that the Artwork items/photos submitted will automatically be the sole property of Planet Group (M) Sdn Bhd.
10. In consideration of Planet Group (M) Sdn Bhd providing the contest, each participant grants Planet Group (M) Sdn Bhd an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license on each of the Artwork submitted.
11. Planet Group (M) Sdn Bhd therefore reserve the right to use, store, copy, display, advertise, transmit, transfer, distribute, reproduce, create derivative works of, incorporate into other works, publicly perform and/or publish the submitted Artwork in any media for any purpose whatsoever.
12. Planet Group (M) Sdn Bhd receive and process personal data in accordance with its privacy policy and Personal Data Protection Act 2010. By submitting an entry in this contest, each participant’s consents for the processing of his/her personal data by Planet Group (M) Sdn Bhd.
Prizes
13. A total of 23 winners will be selected
1 winner x Grand Prize: RM 2000 in Cash and RM 1000 of HYPE Voucher
1 winner x Runner Up: RM 1500 in Cash and RM 600 of HYPE Voucher
1 winner x Third Place: RM 500 in Cash and RM 400 of HYPE Voucher
20 winners x Consolation Prize: RM 200 HYPE Voucher
14. The winning designs will be featured in the winner’s announcement post on HYPE’s social media account including Facebook, Instagram and any 3rd party affiliate for this contest.
15. All prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash or credit alternatives will be given in exchange for the whole or any part of the prizes. Prizes are to be collected on an assigned date & time at an assigned venue by Planet Group (M) Sdn Bhd. Lawfully parental guardians’ must be present if the winners are under the age of 18.
16. Winners are required to provide information below to claim the prize by email.

- Artwork File in (Ai/ PDF/ JPEG)
- Bank Details （only for top 3 winners)
17. Planet Group (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to replace the prizes with any items of equivalent value without prior notice, at its own discretion and subject to availability.
18. Winners will be notified via phone or email by HYPE. If any winner cannot be reach within 7 days of announcement, the prizes will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
19. Planet Group (M) Sdn Bhd reserves all right to amend, modify, extend, or terminate HYPE "Creativity Breeds Unity" Contest in any way deemed appropriate. No prior notice will be given.
20. By participating, the participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and decisions of Planet Group (M) Sdn Bhd. Participants who fail to comply with the terms & conditions of the HYPE "Creativity Breeds Unity" Contest will be disqualified.
21. Planet Group (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the absolute discretion to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time.
