JOB DESCRIPTION• Lead, mentor and motivate team to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure the team follows SOP and company regulations.
• Maintain outlet condition including interior, exterior, product display and visual merchandising.
• Provide in-house training including product knowledge, customer service procedures and POS system training.
• Handle and resolve customer issues to maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Responsible for daily outlet opening and closing procedures including cash handling and reconciliation.
• Manage outlet stock inventory and ensure stock variance remains minimal while implementing loss prevention practices.
• Monitor sell-through reports from POS system daily and liaise with backend team for stock replenishment.
• Work with backend for recruitment, promotion layout and merchant settings.
• Submit required documents to malls and communicate with backend team to ensure tasks are completed.
• Arrange staff shifts and working hours including weekends and peak holiday periods.

REQUIREMENT• Age 25 and above
• SPM with passes in BM, BI, Mathematics and at least two other subjects
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Minimum 3 years retail supervisory experience in the same company
• Possess valid driving license and own transport
• Physically and mentally healthy
• Willing to work weekends, shifts, public holidays and overtime
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage)
• Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office 365 and POS system
• Soft skills: Leadership, problem solving, reporting, operations management, coaching and critical thinking
