Domestic Shipping 

All domestic deliveries will be done via the local carrier provider, GDex Express.  Free Shipping within Malaysia on all orders RM150 & above.

All orders can only be shipped to your home or office address. All orders are unable to make adjustment once it processed. Ensure your submitted shipping address is correct. HYPE is in no way taking the responsibility of shipment to the wrong address.

Deliveries will only be done on business days, not weekend or a public holiday. Office Hours are from Monday - Friday. Deliveries might be interrupted during peak periods & festive season.

All orders are traceable. Once you have placed your order, you will find the tracking number and instructions in the email confirmation when your items are dispatched.
