JOB DESCRIPTION• Oversee and manage the operations and performance of multiple retail outlets.
• Monitor sales performance regularly and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize revenue, and improve profitability.
• Support marketing planning and execution by coordinating with the Marketing Team and training Outlet PICs to achieve outlet sales targets and KPI objectives.
• Conduct training and coaching for Outlet PICs and outlet teams on company policies, employee handbook guidelines, retail SOPs, and product knowledge.
• Ensure new company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are properly communicated, implemented, and monitored across all outlets.
• Monitor manpower requirements and ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient work schedules for all outlets.
• Oversee outlet operational matters, including utilities, maintenance, renovation projects, repair works, and tenancy or leasing issues.
• Prepare and submit monthly management reports covering sales performance, target achievement, operational updates, and key business insights.
• Review sales targets regularly and provide recommendations for business improvement and growth.
• Analyze and report on top-performing brands, best-selling products, and slow-moving items.
• Conduct market research on pricing strategies, industry trends, and competitor activities, and provide monthly feedback to Management and the Marketing Team.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, operational procedures, and customer service expectations across all outlets.
• Perform any other duties and ad hoc assignments as requested by Management.

REQUIREMENT• Age 30 years old and above;
• Minimum SPM qualification with passes in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mathematics, and any other two subjects;
• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, with at least 2 years of continuous service in the same company;
• Possess a valid motorcycle and car driving licence;
• Own a personal car and be willing to travel for work;
• Physically and mentally fit;
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, shift schedules, and overtime when required;
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage;
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and POS systems;
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, reporting, operational management, coaching, and critical-thinking skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
