ASST RETAIL MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Sales target- Lead team to drive and achieve sales target
• Ensure team follow SOP & set regulations.
• Keep outlet maintained including interior and exterior condition, product display & visual merchandising.
• Provide necessary in-house training to staff, included product knowledge, customer service procedure and POS system training.
• Control and manage outlet stock inventory ensure the stock take variance keep as low as possible.
• Monitor sales-through report from POS system daily and make replenishment stock and liaise with the backend from time to time to ensure outlet stock turnover keep replenishment timely to achieved sales target.
• Work with backend for recruitment, promotion log layout & merchant setting.
• Related document submission with mall & communication with backend team to ensure task complete as requirement.
• Arrange daily staff shifting schedule and working hour.
